About Me
My name is Alex Metcalf. I teach science and career education in the middle and high schools. I was born and raised in Arkansas, but chose to become a Texas Aggie after high school and have been in Texas ever since. I was a practicing attorney for almost 10 years before leaving that career to pursue my passion of teaching. I have 3 children: Will, Emilia, and Ben. I recently moved to Flatonia so that I could be closer to this school and community.
