Gifted and Talented Program

Waelder ISD offers an array of learning opportunities for K-12 students who perform at, or show the potential for performing at, a remarkably high level of accomplishment when compared to others of the same age, experience, or environment. This site provides links to the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted and Talented Students (2019) as well as the Waelder ISD Gifted/Talented Program Manual. For more information regarding WISD's GT Program, please contact your campus administrator or the district counselor.
